Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: ToughBuilt Pro at every 4 days against WOLFpak.'s every 3 weeks. ToughBuilt Pro also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 18.0). WOLFpak.'s advantage is ratings volume (5.5K vs 17) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
WOLFpak. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WOLFpak. has 5.5K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of ToughBuilt Pro's written reviews are positive against 98% of WOLFpak.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ToughBuilt Pro ships an update every 4 days, WOLFpak. every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
