Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Multicam at 100% against QRControl's 60%. Multicam also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). QRControl's advantage is ratings volume (115 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
