Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Wallfinity Wallpapers at 5.0 against The Wallpaper App's 4.3. Wallfinity Wallpapers also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). The Wallpaper App's advantage is ratings volume (2.3K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
