Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: StudyFetch at 4.8 against ADLS Assist's 3.6. StudyFetch also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 7) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). ADLS Assist's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (11 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
