Rutmia is a habit tracker with a routine that adjusts to your week. Answer a few questions and get habits that actually fit your day; when life changes, tell Rut and your habits adjust in seconds. Nothing changes without your OK. No account, no ads, no tracking. Start free in a minute. START IN A MINUTE Pick what you want to work on (sleep better, move more, focus, feel calmer, build a morning routine or quit something) and add a few small habits with one tap. Check off the first one and your streak starts today. Struggle with consistency or have ADHD? Start with small habits, gentle reminders and a focus timer. A ROUTINE THAT ADJUSTS TO YOUR WEEK Describe what you want in your own words: "help me quit sugar", "build me an evening routine" or "simplify my routine to five habits". Rut explains the change in one sentence, shows the before and after, and you pick what to keep. You can also ask Rut questions, like "which day works best for me?", and get an answer from your own data. Every week it can suggest one thing to make easier. YOUR STREAK, BASED ON YOUR CHECK-INS Today shows your checklist, your streak and what's next. Forgot to log a habit yesterday? Rutmia lets you log it today to keep your streak. Checked one off by mistake? You can undo it. A WEEKLY REVIEW THAT HELPS Every week, see what worked: your completion rate, a bright spot and one habit to make easier. Write a short note for next week, or share your week as a story. PROGRESS IN ONE PLACE Trends, a calendar of your perfect days, goals with clear targets and honeycomb badges, all in one tab.
