Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Comics Plus at 2.5 against KanShare's 1.4. Comics Plus also leads on review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and ratings volume (102 vs 14). KanShare's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
