Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: CSV Tools at 100% against AppsWizard's 40%. CSV Tools also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (13.1 vs 18.0). AppsWizard's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 19 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CSV Tools sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. AppsWizard asks for nothing beyond the download.
CSV Tools holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AppsWizard has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of CSV Tools's written reviews are positive against 40% of AppsWizard's.
CSV Tools ships an update every 19 months, AppsWizard every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
