DMSpro SFA là ứng dụng trên di động hỗ trợ tự động hóa và số hóa nghiệp vụ vận hành của đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng, quản lý bán hàng. Đảm bảo quy trình phân phối bán hàng từ nhà cung cấp đến các khách hàng (cửa hàng, tạp hóa, đại lý) đạt hiệu quả cao nhất. Đối tượng sử dụng là nhân viên bán hàng và các cấp quản lý bán hàng. Đối với nhân viên bán hàng: Ứng dụng hỗ trợ nhân viên thực hiện các tác vụ ghé thăm cửa hàng theo lịch bán hàng mà công ty sắp xếp, lập đơn hàng, triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi, hỗ trợ tương mại đến khách hàng. Hỗ trợ nhân viên các tác vụ chuẩn bị đầu ngày trước khi ra thị trường, xem các báo cáo bán hàng, tiến độ KPI, các chương trình khuyến mãi, hỗ trợ thương mại công ty đang triển khai. Đối với các cấp quản lý bán hàng: Ứng dụng hỗ trợ các cấp quản lý lên kế hoạch theo ngày giờ và thực hiện các công việc theo kế hoạch đã tạo với đa dạng các loại công việc. Cung cấp các báo cáo để các cấp quản lý xem, nắm được tình hình bán hàng của nhân viên cấp dưới. Thực hiện phê duyệt các yêu cầu, điều chỉnh từ cấp dưới gửi lên.
