Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: DOTEC at 5.0 against MeTube's 4.0. DOTEC also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). MeTube's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 7 months) and price ($2.99 vs $7.99). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
