• Get drunk and achieve the maximum popularity! • Search for coins on the streets, wash cars, get into street fights, rob strangers and banks! • Open your office or found your own startup! • Make the most money in the shortest time! Compete with your friends! Almost every event in this game happens randomly. Every move equals one day. Every day your health, happiness and satiety decrease. If your health, happiness or satiety will drop to zero, you have 7 days to improve the situation, otherwise you will die. Every year you will celebrate your birthday and get presents. Every day you have a chance to find empty bottles and then sell them. Sooner or later you will die from old age. To avoid that, you can buy an immortality pill. Note that it DOES NOT protect you from dying from hunger, sickness, unhappiness or poverty.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ads: Hobo Simulator at none against ReLife's shown. Hobo Simulator also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). ReLife's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. Hobo Simulator sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and ReLife sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

ReLife holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2.8K and 1.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Hobo Simulator's written reviews are positive against 77% of ReLife's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Hobo Simulator ships an update monthly, ReLife every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
