Positive affirmations, one at a time, on a backdrop you choose. Read them, hear them read aloud, keep the ones that land, and come back to them in the morning, in an anxious moment, or before sleep. TODAY Open the app and an affirmation is already on screen. Swipe up for the next one. The words change colour to stay readable on whichever backdrop you pick. Tap to hear it read aloud, save it, or share it. HOW ARE YOU FEELING? Check in as calm, anxious, low, driven or tired, and Today suggests a guided session made for that mood. In the evening, write down one small thing you're grateful for. 487 AFFIRMATIONS, ALL OFFLINE Fifteen collections, from self-love and confidence to gratitude, peace, resilience and mindfulness.
