Condor eDiary is the diary app from Condor Instruments. Formerly named Sleep Diary, it now supports diaries of different kinds — not only the sleep diary. WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP • Fill in your sleep diary every day, at the time agreed with your research team. • Fill in additional diaries created specifically for your study, each with its own questions and its own filling window. • Keep track of what has been filled in and what is still pending, day by day. • Get reminders so you never miss an entry. YOUR DEVICE, IN THE SAME PLACE If you wear a Condor ActLumus actigraph, the app connects to it over Bluetooth and sends your research team the activity and light-exposure measurements the device recorded. You don't need to do anything beyond keeping the app installed and Bluetooth on. WHO IT IS FOR Condor eDiary is used in studies and follow-ups conducted by researchers and health professionals. Access is granted by the institution running your study — there are no in-app purchases. THE NAME CHANGED, THE APP DID NOT This is the same app you already used as Sleep Diary. Your data, your diaries and your access stay exactly as they were. Condor Instruments — instruments and software for chronobiology and sleep research.

Can you complete every trail in Boulder? Boulder Trail Challenge is a curated list of every trail in Boulder, packaged as one big goal: hike, run, or walk them all. Instead of scrolling a generic mapping app full of every route, you get the handpicked list of trails that locals actually use with distance and elevation gain. The concept is simple but the effect is real - Trail Challenge gives you a reason to step off your usual loop, find a route you didn't know existed in your own neighborhood, and slowly build a personal map of Boulder one trail at a time. There's no background tracking and no automatic detection; when you finish a trail, you tap to check it off – your map fills in, your stats climb, and the "Remaining" filter is ready with your next adventure. You decide what counts. One trail a week, four in a long weekend – any cadence is valid and you can go at your own pace. - Every notable Boulder trail on one interactive map - Distance and elevation gain for every route - One-tap check-offs, with progress and stats saved on your device - Your live location on the trail, so you always know where you are - No account, no sign-up, no tracking There's no enrollment window, no deadline, and no clock that starts when you download the app. Tick off your first trail this weekend or take the year to finish them all.
