Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: SelfReflectApp at 5.0 against OBS Blade's 4.0. SelfReflectApp also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 63%). OBS Blade's advantage is ratings volume (75 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
