Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Drasti at none against Spedia's 10. Drasti also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Spedia's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 320). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spedia sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Drasti asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Spedia against 4.5 for Drasti. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spedia has 2.4K ratings behind it against 320, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Spedia's written reviews are positive against 90% of Drasti's.
Spedia ships an update every 3 weeks, Drasti every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
