The MilkJar keeps a small dairy's records straight: who gets what, when it went out, what's owed, and where the jars are. FOR THE DAIRY • Customers and standing orders. Set each customer's product, quantity, and delivery day once; the app builds the week's run for you. • Deliveries in two taps. Log what went out and how many jars came back; balances and jar deposits update on the spot. • Payments and balances. Record cash, check, or digital payments and see at a glance who is paid up and who is behind. • Jar deposits. Track jars out, jars returned, and deposits held, per customer and per jar type. • Delivery requests. Customers ask for extras or changes; you approve or decline with a reason. • Messages. One thread per customer, with requests, meetup spots, and reminder responses shown as cards in the conversation. • Reminders. Customers get a nudge the day before a delivery and can confirm, skip, or change the amount. • Team access. Add staff who can record deliveries and payments without touching pricing or settings. • Reports and exports. Weekly and monthly summaries, and CSV export of everything, free on every plan. FOR CUSTOMERS Customers link to your dairy with a QR code or invite link and get their own simple view: upcoming deliveries, what they owe, jar deposits, and a place to request a delivery or message you. PRICING Free for up to 3 customers, with all local features. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited customers and every local feature forever, with no account required. Milk Jar Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription, adds cloud sync across devices, the customer app, team members, and push reminders. After three paid months, the local features stay unlocked for good even if you cancel. Built for herdshare programs and small raw-milk dairies. Works offline; sync when you have a signal.
