About this app 【App Overview】 The Automated Meteorological Data Acquisition System (AMeDAS) is a collection of Automatic Weather Stations (AWSs) run by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). The JMA is currently promoting its "Digital AMeDAS" initiative using the name AMeDAS. The Digital AMeDAS app enables users to obtain meteorological data for locations of interest from spatially analysed data. Through the operation of this app, JMA aims to understands the utilization status and needs of this information to improve its ease of use. 【Terms of Use】 In order to achieve the purpose of this app, we ask that you register your user attributes. Also, if you have any feedback about this app, please contact us via "Feedback and requests" 【Privacy Policy】 Your personal information will be protected under the following protection policy: （1）Your location and device identifiers might be collected when using. （2）You are required to register your age, gender, current area of residence, and purpose of use. （3）Your personal data will only be processed when necessary for operational purposes.
