About

OnCue Buzzer

Features

OnCue is the café team's app (counter, pickup, reports) plus a customer buzzer scanner. Customers usually use the App Clip. OnCue is a pickup buzzer for your phone. Order at the counter. The cashier shows you a QR code on the café's screen. Scan it, and your buzzer number appears on your phone. When your order is ready, your phone buzzes and rings, even if it is locked or in your pocket. No account. No sign-up. No paper buzzer to carry around. HOW IT WORKS 1. Order at the counter and ask for your buzzer. 2. Scan the QR code the cashier shows you, either with the iPhone Camera or inside OnCue. 3. Sit anywhere. When your order is ready, your phone rings and the screen says "Ready - come to the counter". APP CLIP, NO INSTALL NEEDED Cafés that use OnCue can show a code that opens the OnCue App Clip when you scan it with your iPhone Camera. You get your buzzer straight away without installing anything. Install the full app if you want your buzzers in one place. IN THE APP - Scan your buzzer: point the camera at the QR code from the cashier. - Your buzzers: the orders you are waiting for, with their status (Being prepared, Ready, Picked up). - Test my alert: check in five seconds that this phone will ring. - How it works: a ten-second demo, no café needed. - Light and dark appearance. FOR THE CAFÉ TEAM Admins, cashiers and operation staff tap "Sign in" on the "Café team" card at the top of the home screen to open the staff console, full screen inside the app. There they create buzzers, show the QR code, press Notify when an order is ready, and admins see their reports. Customers never need to sign in. PRIVACY OnCue does not ask for your name, phone number or email. To ring your phone it uses a notification token for your device, and it uses the camera only to read the QR code. No photos are taken or stored. OnCue works with cafés and venues that use it. Ask your café whether they offer an OnCue buzzer.
