Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Nautune at 4.7 against Fintunes's 3.9. Nautune also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Fintunes's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
