The Chevy Friedman Wellness App is an empowering digital space for Jewish women seeking to live with more energy, purpose , and intention. This app brings together the tools, teachings, and community support they need—all in one place. At its core, the app is about community and personal growth. Users will be able to: • Connect through community feeds and accountability threads to share wins, ask questions, and get support. • Access live and recorded workshops and wellness events, all organized through an in-app calendar. • Participate in courses and challenges—some free, some paid—that guide them through deep personal development work. • Use daily planning tools such as checklists, habit trackers, and journaling prompts to organize and align their day. • Over time, the app will include more features like guided journaling, customized goal-setting tools, and personal dashboards. This is more than just a wellness app—it’s a growing, evolving virtual home for women who want to feel alive, supported, and purposeful in their daily lives.
