Our chat functionality provides a secure chatroom for you to discuss your services with other users. CREATE A SWAP AGREEMENT Creating a service agreement with other users gives confidence in knowing that you have a unique agreement in place and peace of mind. Once you have proposed and negotiated your swap, create your agreement and send it to your SwapCo Partner for approval of terms. You also have an option to request money, in this case, if there are any funds in your agreement to be paid, SwapCo will hold all funds securely until the swap agreement has been finalised and approved by both parties. Once the agreement is complete any funds held will be immediately released to your account. COMPLETE YOUR SWAP When the swap has been completed by both SwapCo partners, it is important to leave a review for each other for a better swap experience. This is important for your reviews and ratings to be recognised as a reliable SwapCo Partner that will have other users on the platform also wanting to exchange their services or products with you.
