Smart eLog is compliant with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations CFR §395.15 and 49 CFR 395.20 et seq. Smart eLog is compliant with Section 83 of The Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations regarding the use of the electronic logging devices. Our application includes most of the needed features that may be used by drivers: tracking the HOS statuses and working hours; adding fuel purchases; adding inspection reports; logging into our system as a pair of co-drivers; changing information for the driver and truck; The app allows you to track both manual and automatic events and add commentaries, trailers, or shipping data.
