Easy Write and Speak
Read full descriptionHide full description
Welcome to Easy Write and Speak. The app was created from scratch with one idea in mind: to give users the option to simply write what they want, in the easiest way possible. No menus, minimum choices, no advanced keyboard options. Simply tap the letters you want to type and hear each letter as you type it. Isn't this app too oversimplistic? Probably. Who is this app for? For deep thinkers, for people who want to concentrate on one idea. Or maybe, for people who really need this. For people who need a simple app, without anything to distract them. To make it easy for them to just type what they want, to concentrate on each letter as they hear it. Although Easy Write and Speak is not a medical app, we see it as a perfect fit for people who struggle with seeing and need big letters, or for people who need to hear each letter so they can then repeat it for themselves. The app will accept up to 22 characters and will remember whatever you type, as long as you don't remove your text. We strongly believe you'll love our Easy Write and Speak app but we know we are not perfect, so if you have any suggestions or there's something wrong that you see in the app, we'd love to hear from you at contact@codingfy.com. Are you a representative of a medical institution? We are willing to work with you to try to accommodate any requests. Contact us at contact@codingfy.com. Some of the icons inside of the app are made by Vectors Market from www.flaticon.com.

ADD & IMPROVE LISTINGS Submit a place you love, or flag info that's out of date, to help keep the directory accurate for the next person. ACCESSIBLE FROM THE START Most apps bolt accessibility on at the end. This one was designed around it: - Dark mode - Adjustable font sizes - High contrast mode - Bold text option - Color blind mode - Available in English and Spanish OUR STORY Disabled Directory was created by Disabled Adventures LLC, a disabled-founded company in Ozark, Missouri. After a back injury changed how our founder moves through the world, he saw how hard it is to simply find out whether a place will work for you — so he built the app he wished existed. Every feature comes from real, lived experience. DISABLED DIRECTORY PRO (OPTIONAL) The whole app is free. If you'd like extra tools and want to support an independent, disabled-owned project, Pro adds a personal Health Manager to track your medications and appointments, offline access to your saved places, and more. Your support keeps this app growing for the entire community. No ads. No account needed to get started. Just real help, built by someone who needs it too. contact@disableddirectory.org YouTube: @DisabledAdventures13 Accessibility information is community- and business-provided and can change — always call ahead to confirm. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Easy Write and Speak at none against Disabled Directory's 1. Easy Write and Speak also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Disabled Directory's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
