Quality employees can examine batches by creating inspection reports, grade inspection characteristics and add photos which makes FreshControl very suitable for QC and QA departments of fresh produce companies. Quality inspection reports can easily be shared through whatsapp (integrated) or by copying and pasting a link in an email e.g. The app has an overview of all quality reports, users can filter to find their report and it is also possible to manage user alerts which enables users to be informed actively in certain cases. Quality reports can be created offline as well and will be uploaded when the device has internet connection again. The different report types, mandatory/optional inspection attributes per productgroup, verdicts, etc can be setup easily and may differ per company.

The Hortec Sample Collection App is to be used to generate laboratory sample collection requests. Requests can be made by producers and pack houses which are registered and approved by Hortec Pty Ltd. Requests are scheduled via the application and drivers receive instructions regarding the place and time of requested sample collections.
