Customers, project details, scopes and technical data are entered into the web portal then technicians, lead technicians, project managers, commissioners, programmers, trainers and service technicians can all execute many different scopes of those projects from a computer, mobile or tablet and the customers and integrator can monitor a realtime dashboard filled with project spaces, communication and technical data. The visibility and feedback from the field to the PM’s to the customers and integrators realtime will help ensure your customers keep coming back.
