Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Flexibility Tracker at 4.7 against Angles Alpha's 3.3. Flexibility Tracker also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and ratings volume (42 vs 8). Angles Alpha's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
