These 5 basic exercises constitute a good practice in preparation for meditation. Use your breathing to focus your consciousness. The app contains animations for each exercise that show how to focus your consciousness in the body at the same time as your breathing. The animations are only indicative of speed. Find your own rhythm. Feeling discomfort in the head or body stop the exercises. In the first two exercises you can make an alternative exhalation to the ground. The exercises are inspired by the work of Jes Bertelsen and Bob Moore.

Rebreeth takes your breathwork to the next level. Immerse yourself in spatial sound that naturally guides your breathing β no phone screen needed. Close your eyes, listen, and be present. How it works β’ Put on your headphones. β’ Choose a duration (2β60 min), a soundscape, and a breathing rhythm. β’ Let the spatial sound guide each inhale and exhale. Why spatial sound? Apple Health integration Enable Apple Health integration to automatically log your sessions. Track your progress and notice how regular breathing impacts your well-being. Customize your breathwork β’ Breathing rhythm β Choose a technique and adjust the duration of inhales, exhales, and pauses to fit your needs. β’ Soundscapes β Immerse yourself in calming audio environments designed to deepen your relaxation. β’ Duration β Pick what suits you best, whether itβs a quick refresh or a longer deep dive. Start your day with balance, take a mindful pause in the middle of it, or unwind in the evening β Rebreeth adapts to your needs.
