Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Walling at 325 against QuoteKeep's 1. Walling also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). QuoteKeep's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Walling sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $59.99 per year and QuoteKeep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
QuoteKeep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walling has 325 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
