CrewLAB vs Row Nation

Running a multi-team sports club means managing coaches, athletes, parents, budgets, and registrations — often across spreadsheets, group chats, and paper forms. CrewLAB replaces that patchwork with one fully integrated platform built for program directors, club presidents, and treasurers who need to run a bigger operation without adding more overhead. CLUB-WIDE MANAGEMENT CrewLAB gives you a real-time view across every team in your organization. Collect payments, manage registrations, track attendance, and oversee rosters from a single club dashboard. When registration season opens, athletes and parents complete the entire onboarding flow — registration form, digital waiver, and payment — in one place, on their phone. PAYMENTS & REGISTRATION Stop chasing dues. CrewLAB handles payment collection across all your programs with automated reminders, real-time tracking, and reconciliation built in. Accept fees, deposits, and seasonal registrations digitally. Know exactly who has paid, who hasn't—without a single spreadsheet. DIGITAL WAIVERS Send, collect, and store legally binding digital waivers directly within the platform. Every waiver is tied to the athlete's profile, timestamped, and accessible from anywhere—so your club is covered for liability at an organizational level, not just team by team. MULTI-TEAM OVERSIGHT Whether you run 2 teams or 20, CrewLAB scales with you. Each coach manages their own team — lineups, attendance, workouts, and communication — while program directors retain visibility across the whole club. No more being blindsided by what's happening in a program you don't directly oversee. SAFESPORT-COMPLIANT COMMUNICATION All team and club communication happens inside CrewLAB's built-in chat and calendar — one auditable, compliant record across every team. For clubs managing SafeSport obligations and board reporting, this isn't just a communication feature. It's a governance layer. COACHING & PERFORMANCE TOOLS CrewLAB connects club administration directly to coaching. Coaches access workouts, lineups, attendance, athlete wellness check-ins, and performance analytics — all in the same platform where they collect payments and manage rosters. No switching apps or data silos. FOR EVERY ROLE IN YOUR CLUB - Program Directors & Club Presidents: Club dashboard, financial reporting, cross-team visibility, waivers - Treasurers: Real-time payment tracking, registration revenue, automated reminders - Head Coaches: Team management, athlete wellness, attendance, athlete communication - Athletes & Parents: Registration, payment, scheduling, team chat — all in one app BUILT FOR MULTI-PROGRAM CLUBS CrewLAB is purpose-built for clubs running multiple programs — rowing clubs, swim teams, running programs, and more. If you're managing 50+ athletes across 3 or more teams and your admin workload grows every season, CrewLAB is designed for you. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service available at crewlab.io
