As the name says, Just Blur is a no-frills app to blur photos locally. Choose an image, brush over the areas you want to obscure, and save the edited copy to Photos. Choose Blur or Mosaic, adjust the strength and brush size, and undo or reset strokes whenever you need to. Your photo stays on your device while you edit. Core features are free, no advertisements, no limits or interruptions, no accounts required. Like the app? An optional one-time supporter purchase unlocks the Crystal effect and lets each stroke keep its own effect and strength.
