Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Bella Mozzarella at every 2 weeks against Zippy's every 20 months. Zippy's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
