Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Event Tasks at none against Relog's 5. Event Tasks also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). Relog's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Event Tasks against 4.9 for Relog. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Relog has 31 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
