系統在監控設備的基礎上提供影像遺失、硬碟故障、停止錄影、網路斷線等偵測。額外附加有緊急求救的安全按鈕、防災警報偵測設備、語音巡邏的廣播等智能控制功能，可在APP遠端操作。手機除控制外也可以事件紀錄查詢、錄影回放、影片下載和分享、排程及群組管理等設定操作，還有人員派遣服務。
