Converra helps you discover which of your contacts are also in the same room as you — and gives you useful tools for your address book even before you join one. What you can do: • Analyze your address book locally — find duplicate numbers, contacts missing a name, invalid numbers, and see a breakdown by country. Fully offline, nothing leaves your device. • Create or join a temporary room, public or password-protected. • Invite people with a short code, a QR code, or a link — or scan someone else's QR code to join instantly. • See exactly how many contacts you share with each participant, not just a combined list. • Keep a private history of the rooms you've been in. How matching works: Converra never uploads your raw contact list. Each phone number is turned into a one-way cryptographic hash on your device, using a random value unique to each room, before it's sent anywhere. Only matching hashes — never phone numbers — are compared between participants. Everything about a room, including these hashes, is deleted automatically when the room expires. No account or sign-in is required — just pick a nickname and go.
