Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CoRe MSU at 5.0 against Jebbee's 4.4. CoRe MSU also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Jebbee's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (20 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
