Authentic Sacred Design vs DIY Enlightenment sim

My name is Ann Metcalfe and I am a solo entrepreneur living in Delta, British Columbia, Canada and I have lived on the west coast most of my life; I love nature and the Earth. Over the past 18 years I have gone through my own transformation from that of sleepy survival to one of awakened and thriving through the knowledge and truths I have researched and learned from different healing modalities and programs. I recently published a children’s book in January 2020, called Rosie’s Joy!!! A Magical Day in the Forest about love and community (for all ages). I also write poetry about how I understand our relationship and connections to the Earth and the Cosmos (in my soon-to-be published book). I create sacred-design jewelry that and HOPE chests that are small but powerful activators to assist individuals and Humanity to live more in their Essence-hearts, both of which helps create inner peace and peace on Earth. My recent adventure has involved jumping into a new, unique step by step on line process to assist men and women who are facing chronic health challenges where I provide them with support and an opportunity to transform their fears into living a life with vitality and wellness. Lots of uncertainties and even more willingness and determination to step forward into that space of service to assist humanity in a way that I never knew was possible. Enkr8ia develops cognitive tools for people who sincerely want to change but feel stuck and are dissatisfied with the endless cycle of seeking fixes. They realize that lasting change must come from within - but need help finding their Way. This sim is an interactive tool for understanding The Enlightenment Method & is used in conjunction with the DIY Enlightenment app to turn this process into action. People get stuck because they’re looking for answers in all the wrong places. To ‘know’ how does not mean to know it conceptually, but to know it as a direct and immediate experience. The solutions we’re seeking can’t be found in words, concepts or ideas. The key is understanding. To ask how, what is the technique, what are the steps and rules is to miss this point utterly. Real learning is experiential and experimental. Understanding comes when you figure it out yourself. By understanding how things are, not how you wish them to be. Our tools both inform and enable this. Tools enable you to move beyond words. Use the sim to understand why attempts to force change are illusory and to realize why the real levers for inner change are found within. Lasting change occurs deep below the surface and the one overriding concept to guide you is the notion of expanding self-awareness. Nothing is more essential; everything else that can be learnt stands in line behind it. Willpower, motivational hacks & fixes, faux positivity, manipulating your thoughts and your body are only ever short term unless there is a change in the underlying competitive balance between Fear and Desire. Lasting change cannot be forced, but it can be CULTIVATED with self-awareness.
