Authentic Sacred Design vs do not text them

My name is Ann Metcalfe and I am a solo entrepreneur living in Delta, British Columbia, Canada and I have lived on the west coast most of my life; I love nature and the Earth. Over the past 18 years I have gone through my own transformation from that of sleepy survival to one of awakened and thriving through the knowledge and truths I have researched and learned from different healing modalities and programs. I recently published a children’s book in January 2020, called Rosie’s Joy!!! A Magical Day in the Forest about love and community (for all ages). I also write poetry about how I understand our relationship and connections to the Earth and the Cosmos (in my soon-to-be published book). I create sacred-design jewelry that and HOPE chests that are small but powerful activators to assist individuals and Humanity to live more in their Essence-hearts, both of which helps create inner peace and peace on Earth. My recent adventure has involved jumping into a new, unique step by step on line process to assist men and women who are facing chronic health challenges where I provide them with support and an opportunity to transform their fears into living a life with vitality and wellness. Lots of uncertainties and even more willingness and determination to step forward into that space of service to assist humanity in a way that I never knew was possible. I look forward to you learning from other experts in this exciting App community.

About to text them? Open this app instead. This is a small pause between impulse and send. WHAT YOU GET • Situation-based reminders — Choose what fits (late-night impulse, mixed signals, closure, and more). Each situation has its own deck of quotes so the message actually lands. • Unsent text help — Paste the draft you almost sent. Get a short, grounded perspective on why it can stay unsent. Your drafts save on your device so you can come back when the urge spikes again. • “I didn't text him” — Tap when you resisted. A little celebration, because not sending is the win. • Another quote — Shuffle a new line in your situation. • iPhone Home Screen widget — Keep your current reminder on the Home Screen. Medium widget (iOS 17+): shuffle quotes and log “I didn't text him” right from the widget. Small widget: your quote at a glance; tap to open the app. Quotes stay in sync when you return to the app. • Private by design — No account. No ads. Your situation, quote progress, and unsent drafts stay on your phone unless you use the optional coach (see Privacy Policy). WHEN TO USE IT You typed a paragraph at 2 a.m. You want to “check in” after ghosting. You’re negotiating with yourself about one more message. You don’t need a lecture—you need one clear line and permission to close the thread. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the situation that fits closest. 2. Read one reminder (or add the widget so it’s always visible). 3. If you already wrote the text, open Unsent text instead of Messages. Get a new perspective. 4. Tap “I didn't text him” when you choose not to send. Support: support@donttexthim.app
