Owlet: Cube3 is an app that uses the Owlet CubeTower manipulative. Students create numbers by stacking small cubes in the columns of the CubeTower. Cube3 has five modes. Each corresponds to a different topic in place value: Tens, Hundreds, Money, Hundredths, and Thousandths. For each topic, there are five different activities. - Explore: Students place cubes in the CubeTower to create numbers that are shown on the tablet. - Make: Students are prompted to make a target number by placing cubes in the CubeTower. - Build: Students solve number puzzles. For example, students might be asked to build a number between 200 and 300 using 5 cubes. - Compare: Students create a number in the CubeTower and then compare it to a number generated by the app. - Round: Students use the CubeTower to round a number to a specified place.

Skip counting is an easy technique for students to learn multiplication. For example, in skip counting by 2, we count only 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. by skipping one number. In skip counting by 3, we count 3, 6, 9, 12, etc. by skipping two numbers. This game is to help students to learn this skill. There are 4 parts in this game. My bunny tutor: Introduces students on how to do skip counting. Let me try: Students will play a game similar to what "My bunny tutor" introduced. The goal is to collect the correct numbers in the right order. Sort and pick: Numbers are placed randomly such as 6, 2, 4, 8 and students need to sort them from smallest one to largest one so that the bunny can collect them. Pick my egg: Similar to "Sort and pick", numbers are placed randomly and students will need to pick the numbers in the correct order. BONUS: Speech recognition is integrated in this game so students can collect eggs either by touching numbers or by speaking the numbers.
