WELCOME TO YOUR BAD B ERA You don’t need to be in a studio to TRAIN like a dancer. BAD B Academy was created for dancers who want more than just choreography. Whether you’re completely new to heels or have been dancing for years, this is your space to work on the things that actually make a difference to your dancing. Technique. Control. Musicality. Confidence. Performance. Understanding your body. And actually knowing why and how you’re doing what you’re doing. Train through beginner, intermediate and advanced choreography, break down your technique, drill specific skills with training combos, work on your floorwork, grooves, textures, dynamics, flexibility and sooo much more. And the best part is you get to learn on YOUR terms. Pause the class. Rewind it. Slow it down. Do it again. Go back to the basics. Spend an entire week drilling one thing if you want to. There’s no pressure to keep up with the person next to you and no embarrassment if something takes you longer to understand. BAD B is a space to get curious, ask questions, make mistakes and actually TRAIN. And when you’re not dancing, there’s still plenty going on. Chat, share your progress and ask questions inside the BAD B Community, or head over to the BAD B Blog for the conversations we probably shouldn’t be having in public New training is added regularly, so there’s always something new to work on when you’re ready. This isn’t about becoming someone else’s version of a good dancer. It’s about becoming a stronger, more confident version of YOU. See you inside, baddie.
