Sorea – The Psoriasis App Sorea helps you track and better understand your psoriasis. Log your skin condition, your medications, and see how your environment affects your skin, all in one place, all connected. Psoriasis is highly individual. Your triggers, your treatment, your progression. No two patients are the same. Sorea brings clinical structure to that complexity, without adding complexity to your day. WEEKLY SKIN CHECK-IN Mark affected areas, rate redness, scaling, and thickening on a validated clinical scale, and record itch and sleep quality. Every entry builds into a PDF health report ready for your next dermatologist appointment. MEDICATION DIARY Scan the barcode on your medication pack to log it in seconds. Set personalised reminders so you never miss an application, and see in your analytics which treatments coincide with improvements in your skin. ENVIRONMENTAL DATA Daily pollen counts by type (birch, grass, ragweed, and more), UV index, humidity, and air quality, based on your location. Look back at any day and see exactly what was in the air when your skin reacted. FLARE-UP DOCUMENTATION Record flare-ups as they happen: rate severity, note suspected triggers, and add photos. Over time, patterns emerge that help you understand and anticipate what drives your individual flare-ups. QUALITY OF LIFE The monthly DLQI questionnaire tracks how psoriasis affects your daily life, relationships, work, and sleep, giving you and your doctor the complete picture beyond skin symptoms alone. EXPERT KNOWLEDGE A library of medically reviewed articles on psoriasis management, nutrition, psychology, and therapy, written and curated by dermatology experts. Sorea is developed by NIA Medtech GmbH, a spin-off from Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of Europe's largest university hospitals. PRIDD

Patient-Reported Impact of Dermatological Diseases (PRIDD) is a new and unique measure of the impact of dermatological diseases on the patient’s life and is the first dermatology-specific tool that is applicable to all skin conditions. No other dermatology tool has such broad applicability. PRIDD assesses four dimensions of impact: physical, psychological, life responsibilities and social impacts. PRIDD was developed using a scientifically rigorous and published methodology, resulting in the only dermatology-specific PROM that can be recommended for use according to the COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments (COSMIN) criteria. PRIDD was developed over seven years in partnership with Cardiff University, University of Hamburg, GlobalSkin and more than 5600 patients living with 90 different dermatological conditions from 96 countries. Each of the development phases of PRIDD have been published in reputable dermatology journals. It the first validated measure in dermatology developed with patients at every step of the process. To learn more about the development of the measure visit https://globalskin.org/research. The entire dermatology community – patients, clinicians, researchers, and pharmaceutical companies – can use PRIDD to better understand patient suffering thereby promoting improved patient-centered healthcare.
