Expense tracker, you can easily store digital copies of receipts and record expenses as they happen. The app lets you pin receipts to reports, sort expenses by category and add additional data fields. You can connect your credit card(s) to the app for automatic importing and management of transactions. Expenses can be batched together and sent to approving manager(s) .Enhanced analytics lets you track excessive spending. We have two roles user and manager(admin), admin can invite multiple user and approve/ disapprove their expenses, and generate report as per user. LedgerBook is an all-in-one bookkeeping application that lets businesses handle each transaction in a smooth and efficient manner. The Application lets you record the debit, and credit details of your customers. Features of LedgerBook: Quick Sign up: Signup using your mobile phone number which will direct you to profile creation, where you can enter your details including name, email and due date- which by default is the due date of all transactions in the app- This can be later edited for each customer as per convenience. Customer List: Once you have created the main profile, you will be directed to the customer list, which will be blank during the first sign-up. Here you can create separate customer accounts by entering the details such as name, Phone, address, Due duration and Notes if any. Create Ledger Entry: Once the customer accounts are created, you can easily upload the Ledger details for the required customers. By choosing their transaction type (Credit/Debit), Validation images, amount details, transaction dates and transaction notes. Filter: The ledger details of each customer can be filtered for their transaction type (Credit/Debit) Notification: Once the transaction reaches the due dates that have been preset a notification will be sent both to the business owner (you) and the customer reminding the payment is due. Share: The transaction details of the customer can be shared with the customer Via WhatsApp. Manage Team: The business owner can create separate profiles for their team members which can be used by them to enter the transaction details of the customers they manage. Add a Team Member: To add a team member to Ledgerbook, the user can simply click on the add button under the section ‘team’ and start entering the details such as name, Phone number and email. Team member Login: Once the team member profiles are created by the user, the team members can sign in to their accounts using their mobile numbers where they can manage contact details and their ledger details. Settings: The main user/owner can download reports of all transactions either created by all team members or individual members in the format of PDF and CSV files. Here you can choose the dates or for quick access, download it daily, weekly or monthly. Using Ledgerbook you can maintain all your credit, and debit accounts of persons like a daily cashbook.
