Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Car Cops at free with in-app purchases against Guess Their Answer's subscription. Car Cops also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Guess Their Answer's advantage is chart position (#35 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Guess Their Answer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Car Cops sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Guess Their Answer holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 65K and 24K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Guess Their Answer's written reviews are positive against 51% of Car Cops's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Guess Their Answer ships an update every 4 weeks, Car Cops fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
