We do this by structuring an evidence-based periodised training programme that’s built on purpose, progression and above all, results.

ACTV's mission is to create training programs that produce real change and use proven, science-based methods, to take our members' training to, 'The Next Level.' Our 6 Week Challenges provide training, nutrition, community forum and daily challenges to keep you accountable. Our 6WC provides all the education you need to continue far beyond the 6 weeks.
