Turnstyle Cycle Midwest vs BadgerBites

The lights are dim, the music thumps, the experience is fun and inviting. Turnstyle offers challenging, beat-based, full-body Indoor Cycling classes that keep you coming back for more. Our instructors are motivating and our staff are welcoming. Each 45 minute cardiovascular workout will help burn calories, increase your metabolism and build strength.

BadgerBites helps UW–Madison housing residents plan meals around real dining hall menus. See where you stand on calories and macros, browse what’s actually being served today, get a personalized plate suggestion for a hall and meal, then log it in a few taps. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check daily macro progress at a glance on Home • Browse live menus across UW Housing Dining locations • Get meal suggestions matched to your goals and dietary preferences • Adjust servings and log meals without hunting nutrition labels • Add custom, restaurant, or grocery foods when you’re off campus • Skip what you don’t need during setup, fix preferences later in Settings Built for campus dining halls. Menu and nutrition data come from public UW Housing Dining / Nutrislice sources and may change. BadgerBites is a planning aid, not medical advice, and is not an official University of Wisconsin–Madison app. Questions or account help: hello@luminen.app
