Super simple planner without the fuss. Tweek feels as natural as pen and paper. It's a minimal weekly planner and to do list built around one clean week view, with no hourly slots and no clutter. Organise tasks, reminders and notes, share your week with your family or team, and sync it both ways with the calendars you already use. - Week, day and month views Tweek opens in the week view by default, with no hourly scheduling. We think it's the best way to organise your life and work without stress. You see the whole week at a glance and simply move things around. Zoom into a single day planner when you need focus, or switch to the month view for the bigger picture. Use it as a weekly planner, a shared family calendar, or a simple day planner. - To do list, notes, checklists and subtasks Note down your thoughts in a text editor, break big items into subtasks, and build checklists. Attach files to any task, so the document you need sits right where you'll look for it. Everything lives next to the day it belongs to. - Two-way sync with Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar and Reminders Full two-way sync, not just import. Add or edit something in Tweek and it shows up in Google, Outlook and Apple, and anything you change there flows straight back into your week. - Web, iPad and Mac apps Tweek works on iPhone and iPad, on Mac, and in any browser. Start your week on your phone, plan it properly at your desk, tick things off on the go. Your calendar and your tasks are the same wherever you open them. - Colours and custom themes Paint any task any colour you like, and build your own colour theme for the whole calendar. A cosy highlighter and paper feel, in an aesthetic minimalist design. - Reminders and custom recurring tasks Get reminders by email or push notification so nothing slips. Set up recurring tasks on your own pattern: every few days, on specific weekdays, or whatever your routine actually looks like. Build it once and let it run. - Share and collaborate Share your whole weekly planner or just a single task, and work on it together with your team or family. A shared calendar that people actually read. - Your printable paper planner template Go beyond online planning. Print your week filled out or empty and do whatever you want with it: pin it to the wall, use it for a brainstorming session with your team, or hand your schedule to a client. Questions or ideas? Task Hub

Task Hub helps you decide what to do now, what comes next, and when it will actually happen. It is a to-do planner built around a simple question: what should I be doing right now? Add a Task the Way You’d Say It Type “Finish the deck tomorrow at 6pm #Work 2h” and Task Hub can fill in the title, day, time, Lane, and duration for you. Add naturally, then adjust anything you want before saving. Parsing happens on your iPhone, not on a server. Today, Upcoming, Anytime, Someday Plan tasks across Today, Upcoming, Anytime, and Someday so what needs attention stays clear. Keep scheduled work in sight, leave flexible tasks ready when you need them, and move ideas out of the way until later. Your Lanes, Your Structure Keep Work, Personal, and whatever else matters in separate Lanes with their own projects and views. Switch Lanes to focus on one area of your life at a time. One Workflow, Three Views Use a simple list when you want to move fast. Switch to Kanban when you want to see work by stage. Open Calendar when you want to see how tasks fit into your actual day. Drag a task onto a time slot to turn it into a time block alongside your existing calendar events. Built for Real Work • Projects with progress at a glance • Deadlines and durations • Recurring tasks • Checklists inside tasks • Photos and file attachments • Swipe to complete • Long-press to reorder • A clean, focused interface designed for iPhone No Account. Nothing to Set Up. Task Hub works without sign-up or login. Your task data is stored locally on your device. One Price, Everything Included Task Hub has no feature tiers. Verdict
Tweek and Task Hub are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
