Irk Bitig vs Bitap

Irk Bitig is a book of omens, written in Old Turkic language. This is an original piece of history, that is considered as one of the key examples and sources of the Turkic Mythology. "Irk" means "omen", and "Bitig" means "book" in Old Turkic language. If you would like to re-live the old times, and read your fortune like the ancient Turks did, just roll the dice, and face your destiny. This application features the whole Irk Bitig in digital form, all the omens are available in Old Turkic script, and the original book images are included for reference. You can view the text in its original font, or in a modern sans-serif typeface variant.
