Keys Management vs Ping Services Concierge

Managing keys can be hard. If you are tired of losing keys, of reputation-damaging lock replacements or embarrassing mistakes, we can provide the perfect solution and save you time and money. Our Keys Management app helps you to organise. You will be provided with your own QR code printer to print (and reprint) your own key tags. Registered users scan their keys out from the App when using them and scan them back in on return. You will always know where all your keys are and who is accountable for them by simply checking the App. Keys are signed for digitally allocated until re-scanned on return.

The Ping Services Concierge app provides a one-stop solution for managing the front desk and all the associated tasks that come with handling requests in a busy building. Parcel Management: Whether you’re a residential or commercial property we can provide you with a new way to secure, store and manage 100% of your incoming parcel deliveries, with our smart, easy to use, all in one parcel solution. Key Management: Log, track & manage your keys anywhere, anytime. Scan keys out to approved contractors, capture signatures and instructions all in the app. Run reports and audits anytime.
