RBCoaching allows thanks to its simplicity to be used by all types of people, newbies and not with digital. In fact, this tool is a service that allows users to be able to manage their own personalized plan directly from their cell phones, being able to consult the schedule at any time, mark loads, see their physical progress and even dialogue with me directly. Everything remains 100% personalized to each individual user with a plan designed by me and thanks to the 'digital experience will be 10 times more advanced, precise and familiar. The app in fact consists of 5 macro categories: TRAINING / NUTRITION / SUPPLEMENTATION / PLANS / CHAT.
