AlignerPro is a simple tracker for clear aligners and retainers, built to help you stay organised day by day. Track your current tray, monitor daily wear time, review your calendar, save progress photos and keep an eye on your routine as it changes, with iPhone features like Home Screen widgets, Live Activities and Dynamic Island support built in. Whether you are starting clear aligner treatment, working through refinements or moving into retainer wear, AlignerPro keeps everything in one place without making it complicated. Designed for everyday use, AlignerPro focuses on the details that are easy to lose track of: how long your aligners or retainers have been in, when you last had them out, why you removed them, which tray you are on and how your progress is looking over time. FEATURES Wear-time and break tracking Track when your aligners or retainers are in or out, see how your day compares with your target, and record removal reasons using presets or your own custom reasons. Home Screen widgets Check your current timer state, daily progress and treatment information without opening AlignerPro. Live Activity & Dynamic Island Keep your current timer status visible on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhone models, in the Dynamic Island while tracking is active. Tray tracking Keep an eye on your current tray, upcoming changes, refinements and treatment timeline. Retainer tracking Continue tracking after active treatment with support for full-time, part-time, night-only and custom retainer routines, plus replacement dates. Calendar Review daily wear time, logged sessions, notes, appointments and treatment history by date. Missed timer taps can also be corrected afterwards. Progress photos Capture or import photos, link them to specific trays and days, and compare changes throughout treatment. Insights Review your consistency, daily wear patterns, common removal times, streaks and longer-term trends. Reminders Set reminders for wear time, tray changes, appointments, bedtime and retainer replacement so important parts of your routine are easier to remember. Backup and restore Create one-time backups to Google Drive or a location you choose in Files, with optional password protection. Restore your saved data when needed, including when setting up a new device. Calendar integration Optionally copy tray changes and appointments into a calendar on your device. ALIGNERPRO PREMIUM AlignerPro Premium is an optional one-time purchase. It includes: • Automatic backups with flexible scheduling, retention controls and optional password protection • Advanced wear-time insights and routine analysis • Unlimited progress photo timelapses • Exportable PDF progress reports • Photo Alignment Guide to help recreate consistent framing for progress photos Free users can still track wear time, trays and retainers, use reminders and calendar tools, capture and compare progress photos, and create or restore one-time backups.
