Beckon Access
Read full descriptionHide full description
Your phone is the key. Beckon opens the doors, gates, barriers and lifts of your operator β no card, no keyring, no call to reception. You tap, and it opens. WHAT YOU DO β’ Open in under a second. Standing in front of it, you go straight over Bluetooth β even when the network is having a bad day. β’ Not standing in front of it? Then you open over the network. Same list, same tap. β’ In the car: your doors on the CarPlay screen, large enough for one glance at the entrance. β’ On the Apple Watch: open the door without taking the phone out of your pocket. β’ With Siri: βHey Siri, Garage with Beckon Access.β Your phone has to be unlocked for that. β’ Messages from your operator live in the app β opening hours, maintenance, everything that would otherwise be pinned to a notice board. β’ Several operators in one app. Switch instead of signing out and back in. HOW YOU START Your operator gives you an activation code. You enter it once β after that your doors are in the list. If you have more than one operator, activate another code. WHAT YOU SEE Only ever what is genuinely open to you. Doors that require you to be close appear once you are in front of them. What your operator has taken away disappears β straight away, without anyone having to collect a card. NOTE You need a Beckon operator who grants you a permission. Without an activation code the app shows no doors.
