Our ScanTo3D App, together with cloud-based analysis, quickly generates an accurately measured and labeled 3D CAD and floorplan of a property. This app allows you to create 2D Floorplan and Gross Living Areas (GLA). No tape measure, no notepads, and no moving of any furniture. This AI-enabled app declutters a furnished house and provides a complete floorplan, with an accuracy of one inch in 20 feet. No special hardware other than your LiDAR-enabled iPhone Pro or iPad Pro (+2020) is needed. With Smart 3D Scan, you can capture and create realistic 3D models of small & bigger objects using LiDAR scanner or TrueDepth camera, organize them into on-device collection as well as export your models to popular 3D formats (OBJ, USDZ, GLTF, STL, PLY) or upload them to the Sketchfab platform. For scanning small objects better use TrueDepth camera, for scanning bigger objects and spaces choose LiDAR Scanner. Look at our Tips for better results.
